- Captain Quick Cook Oatmeal 5 tablespoon
- Big prawn 300g
- Oil 4 cups
- Butter/Margarine 3 tablespoon
- Egg Yolks x3
- Garlic (chopped) 1 tablespoon
- Shallot 1 table spoon
- Instant Chicken Bouillon Granules 1/2 tablespoon
- Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper 1 dash
- Curry leaves (optional)
Methods
- Heat up oil, deep-fry prawns for 1 min.
- Pour 1/2 cup of oil, butter/margarine and egg yolks till fragrant.
- Add garlic, chicken stick granules, sugar, salt, pepper to fry till fragrant.
- Add prawn and fry till aromatic.
Add Captain Quick Cook and fry until dry.
