- Cupcake
- 120g Captain Oats Rolled Oats
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 200ml milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp oil
- Buttercream
- 150g white butter
- 80-100g refined sugar
- 4 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- Food colouring
Methods
- CUPCAKE
- Grind Captain Oats Rolled Oats with a blender until smooth (resembles flour texture).
- Mix all cupcake ingredients, stir.
- Pour mixture into cupcake cups until ¾ filled.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Chill at room temperature.
- BUTTERCREAM
- Mix all buttercream ingredients with a mixer until thoroughly mixed.
- Divide into several mixtures.
- Add food colouring.
- Decorate cupcakes with buttercream.
Serve.
