Captain Oats Katsu with Pink Sauce

- Chicken Katsu
- 300 gram chicken fillet
- 250 gram Captain Oats Rolled Oats, grind
- 2 Eggs
- Salt and pepper
- Oil
- Pink Cheese Sauce
- 1 tbsp margarine
- 1 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp Captain Oats Rolled Oats, grind until smooth
- 125 ml full cream or fresh milk
- 75 gram quick melt cheese
- 50 gram red dragon fruit
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp oregano (optional)

Methods
- Chicken Katsu
- Grind Captain Oats Rolled Oats with food processor or blender.
- Flatten chicken fillet to around 0,5 cm, sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Cut into heart shape with a ring cutter or scissor.
- Prepare a bowl filled with Captain Oats Rolled Oats and another bowl filled with egg .
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Chill at room temperature.
- Smear chicken with Captain Oats Rolled Oats mixture, egg, then Captain Oats Rolled Oats mixture again until perfectly covered.
- Fry until golden brown or grill with air-fry.
- Set aside.
- Pink Sauce
- Smooth out the red dragon fruit with a spoon and strainer. Set aside, throw away the pulp.
- Heat the pan and melt the butter.
- Saute garlic until fragrant.
- Add milk and cook with low heat.
- Put 1 tsp Captain Oats Rolled Oats, cheese, salt, pepper and oregano, mix until cheese melted.
- Add red dragon fruit juice.
Served Captain Oats Katsu with Pink Sauce salad and french fries.
