Ingredients

  • Crust Matcha Lime Tart
  • 100g (1 cup) Captain Oats Rolled Oats
  • 80g (½ cup) almond nut
  • 40g (½ cup) dr grated coconut
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1-2 tbsp cold water
  • Tart Filling
  • 250ml coconut milk
  • 1 squeeze of lime juice and ½ lemon squeeze (total ¼ cup)
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp jelly powder

Methods

  • Crust Matcha Lime Tart
  • Mix Captain Oats Rolled Oats, almonds nut, dry grated coconut. Blend until the texture is coarse.
  • Add oil and honey, blend again.
  • Add cold water (optional).
  • Move to a pie pan with 20cm diameter, condense by pressing.
  • Bake the crust tart on 180°C for 12 minutes.

  • Chill at the cooling rack.
  • Matcha Lime Tart Filling
  • Mix jelly powder, cornstarch, and matcha powder.
  • Pour coconut milk while stirring. Stir until mixed well.
  • Add honey, lemon and lime squeeze, stir thoroughly.
  • Boil until thicken.
  • Chill before pouring into a tart crust.
  • Keep in the fridge for 4 hours.
