Ingredients

  • 250gm Captain Instant Oatmeal
  • 150gm Cabbage, finely sliced
  • 150gm Tomatoes, finely sliced
  • 100gm Carrot, finely sliced
  • 80gm Onion, finely sliced
  • 150gm Broccoli, finely sliced
  • 200gm Pasta Fusili
  • 50gm Parsley Leaf
  • 200gm Mayonnaise
  • 2 tea spoons of Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Sugar – Adjusted to taste
  • GARNISHING
  • 60gm Salad Leaf
  • 50gm Parsley Leaf
  • 80gm Tomatoes
  • 60gm Cucumber

Methods

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and sugar until well blended.
  • Add Captain Instant Oatmeal, pasta, parsley leaf, cabbage, tomatoes, carrot, onion and broccoli; fold gently until well mixed.
  • Served and enjoyed!
