- 250gm Captain Instant Oatmeal
- 150gm Cabbage, finely sliced
- 150gm Tomatoes, finely sliced
- 100gm Carrot, finely sliced
- 80gm Onion, finely sliced
- 150gm Broccoli, finely sliced
- 200gm Pasta Fusili
- 50gm Parsley Leaf
- 200gm Mayonnaise
- 2 tea spoons of Lemon Juice
- Salt & Sugar – Adjusted to taste
- GARNISHING
- 60gm Salad Leaf
- 50gm Parsley Leaf
- 80gm Tomatoes
- 60gm Cucumber
Methods
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse in cold water and drain.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt and sugar until well blended.
- Add Captain Instant Oatmeal, pasta, parsley leaf, cabbage, tomatoes, carrot, onion and broccoli; fold gently until well mixed.
