- 2 packs egg tofu
- Captain Oats Instant Oatmeal
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 chillies
- 1 leek, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp milk powder
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp broth powder
- Oil
Methods
- Cut tofu and smear with cornstarch.
- Deep fry tofu one by one, don’t flip too often.
- If one side has turned golden brown, flip the tofu and wait until the other side turns golden brown as well.
- Set aside.
Take 2 tbsp of used frying oil, heat it on a different pan.
- Saute garlic until fragrant.
- Add chilli and leek, stir then add pepper and broth powder.
- Add Captain Oats Instant Oatmeal and milk powder, roast until crispy and the color changes to golden brown.
- Add tofu and stir slowly.
Best served warm.
