Ingredients

  • [A]
  • Captain Classic Rolled Oats 1 cup
  • High protein flour 300g

  • Wholemeal flour 200g
  • Brown sugar 40g
  • Salt 1 teaspoon
  • Yeast Yeast (mix with water) 3 teaspoon
  • Water 300ml
  • [B]
  • Shortening (Vegetable fat) 40g
  • Egg 1

Methods

  • Combine ingredients [A] in a mixer, mix well, then add in ingredients [B] and beat till the dough is smooth and elastic to touch.
  • Take out from dough mixer, put in a tray, rest about 30 to 40 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 60g each, mould with your own desire.
  • Bake time 25 to 30 minutes, 190C temperature up and down.
