Prawn Oat Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Captain® Instant Rolled Oats
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 5 cloves garlic (chopped roughly)
  • 2 tbsp ginger (sliced thinly)
  • 10 prawns prawn
  • 4 cups water
  • 1⁄2 tsp salt
  • To taste pepper
  • Optional spring onion (sliced)

Methods

  • Heat sesame oil in a pot. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  • Add in prawns. Cook until prawns almost cooked.
  • Pour in water and bring to boil.
  • Add in captain® instant rolled oats. Stir & simmer 3 min.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Stir well.
  • Add spring onion slices (optional). Serve while warm.
