- 1 cup Captain® Instant Rolled Oats
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 5 cloves garlic (chopped roughly)
- 2 tbsp ginger (sliced thinly)
- 10 prawns prawn
- 4 cups water
- 1⁄2 tsp salt
- To taste pepper
- Optional spring onion (sliced)
Methods
- Heat sesame oil in a pot. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add in prawns. Cook until prawns almost cooked.
- Pour in water and bring to boil.
- Add in captain® instant rolled oats. Stir & simmer 3 min.
- Season with salt and pepper. Stir well.
Add spring onion slices (optional). Serve while warm.
