Steam Soy Egg with Oats and Seafood

- 2/3 cup Captain Instant Oatmeal
- 2 cups unsweetened soy milk
- 80g prawn (head and shell removed)
- 4 pcs crab stick filament
- 2 eggs, lightly beatened
- 1 red chili, seeds removed and sliced thinly
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 stalks chopped spring onions
- 1 tablespoon fried shallot
Methods
- Mix the oats with unsweetened soy milk. Add in egg, prawns, crab stick filament, red chili, salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a dish and steam for 15 minutes in medium heat.
Remove from steamer. Add sesame oil and spring onions. Sprinkle with fried shallots. Serve hot.
