Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Captain Instant Oatmeal
  • 2 cups unsweetened soy milk
  • 80g prawn (head and shell removed)
  • 4 pcs crab stick filament
  • 2 eggs, lightly beatened
  • 1 red chili, seeds removed and sliced thinly
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 stalks chopped spring onions
  • 1 tablespoon fried shallot

Methods

  • Mix the oats with unsweetened soy milk. Add in egg, prawns, crab stick filament, red chili, salt and pepper.
  • Pour mixture into a dish and steam for 15 minutes in medium heat.
  • Remove from steamer. Add sesame oil and spring onions. Sprinkle with fried shallots. Serve hot.
