- 1 cup Captain® Rolled Oats
- 1⁄2 cup sweet potato (cut into cubes)
- 2 leaves pandan leaf (knotted)
- 4 cups + 1⁄2 cup water (the 1/2 cup is for dissolving Brown sugar)
- 1⁄2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1⁄4 tsp salt
- 100ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp (optional) raisins/ nuts (toasted)
Methods
- Add pandan leaves & water into a pot. Bring to boil.
- Add captain® rolled oats and sweet potato cubes. Simmer until sweet potato cubes turn soft.
- Dissolve brown sugar in 1⁄2 cup of water. Filter it and Add into oat mixture. Stir well and bring to boil.
- Add coconut milk and salt. Stir well.
Use raisins/ nuts as toppings.
