Junior Sales Executive

Your job responsibility as a Sales Executive are:

Customer Liaison & Sales Support: Coordinate orders, prepare invoices & sales contracts, address customer inquiries.
Issue Resolution: Manage customer matters and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt resolution.
Cross-Department Coordination: Work with Operations, R&D, Finance, and other teams for smooth order processing, new inquiries, and product requirements.
Claims Management: Handle customer claims, rebates, and complaints.
Administrative Duties: Prepare and manage sales docs, reports, forecasts, and scorecards.
Payment Control: Ensure timely payment and compliance.
Sales Strategy Execution: Assist in executing sales strategies and analyze performance.
Market Research: Collect insights into market trends and opportunities.
Packaging & Labeling: Ensure compliance with packaging standards.
Regulatory Compliance: Support export procedures and stay updated on regulations (FDA, GACC, HS Code).
Event Support: Participate in trade shows and follow up on inquiries.

To apply for this position, it is an added advantage if you meet the following requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or sales support, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas and Mandarin-speaking customers.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across departments.
Candidate MUST willing to work in Penang Science Park, Penang.
