- 1 cup Captain® Rolled Oats/ Quick Cook Oatmeal
- 1.5 cups soymilk
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- Topping
3 tbsp Captain® Strawberry Yoghurt Granola
Methods
- Mix [A] and stir well.
- Put in fridge and leave it overnight.
- On the next day, add yoghurt on top.
Use raisins, apple dices and Captain® Strawberry
Yoghurt Granola as toppings.
