Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 apple (cut into dices)
  • [A]
  • 1 cup Captain® Rolled Oats/ Quick Cook Oatmeal
  • 1.5 cups soymilk
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • Topping
  • 3 tbsp Captain® Strawberry Yoghurt Granola

Methods

  • Mix [A] and stir well.
  • Put in fridge and leave it overnight.
  • On the next day, add yoghurt on top.
  • Use raisins, apple dices and Captain® Strawberry
    Yoghurt Granola as toppings.
