Ingredients

  • 150gm of Captain Classic Rolled Oats
  • 60gm Yogurt
  • 40gm of Honey
  • 350ml of Fresh Milk
  • 200gm of Banana
  • GARNISHING
  • Banana
  • Strawberry

Methods

  • Cut the banana into slices.
  • Blend Captain Classic Rolled Oats, yogurt, honey, fresh milk and sliced banana in a blender until smooth.
  • Served and enjoyed!
