- Spring onion, chopped
- Black pepper, to taste

- Pan-sear the chicken until fragrant.
- Cook until the surface turns slightly golden.
- Once the chicken is fragrant, slowly add in the beaten egg.
- Gently stir-fry to let the egg and chicken flavours blend together.
- Add Captain Quick Cook Oatmeal and an appropriate amount of water.
- Simmer slowly over low heat until the porridge becomes thick and smooth.
- Cook until the oats fully absorb the broth for a creamier texture.
- Finally, sprinkle with chopped spring onions for an extra boost of aroma.
