- Captain Instant Oatmeal 1 cup
- Low fat milk 1 1/2 cup
- Strawberry 100g
- Dark grape 100g
- Honey
Methods
- Wash and cut the fruits into cubes.
- Using a medium bowl, add 1 cup of Captain Instant Oatmeal, fruits , 1 cup of low fat milk and 1 teaspoon of honey and stir until well.
Cover and chilled.
