- 15 tbsp Captain Classic Rolled Oats
- 330ml of Coconut Water
- 2 Green Apple, grated
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon powder
- Handful of your favourite nuts/dried fruits
- Optional: 1 tsp flaxseeds/ chia seeds
Methods
- Place Coconut Water, Captain Classic Rolled Oats and green apple in a container. If you’re adding flaxseed/chia seeds, you can mix them with above ingredients.
- Mix well and keep in the fridge overnight.
Before serving sprinkle cinnamon power and add a handful of nuts/dried fruits.Enjoy as a snack or breakfast.
