Mushroom Oats Cutlet

Add some oats to your mushroom cutlets to make it more nutritious. You can also opt to have it in a burger or a sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 300gm Captain Quick Cook Oatmeal
  • 100gm Mushrooms
  • 100gm Carrots
  • 50gm Coriander
  • 50gm Onion
  • 1 Egg White
  • 3 Tsp Corn Flour
  • 150gm Water
  • 2 Tsp Curry Powder
  • 1 Tsp Chilli Powder
  • Salt & Pepper as desired

Methods

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir for 5min.
  • Keep for 20min before pan-frying.
  • Serve hot.
