Your job responsibility as a Sales Executive are:

Monitor sales performance and marketing for East Asia.
Actively involved in the negotiations, strategies planning and sales operation.
Assist in East Asia tradeshows & Planning.
Follow up new enquiries and complaint issues for East Asia.
Assist in Captain & OEM packaging / packing & FDA requirements for East Asia.
Preparation of quotation, Proforma Invoice/Sales contract, sales report & other sales related documents.
Coordination with the production and shipping department on orders, deliveries, requirement and other related matters.
Coordination with the warehouse on any special requirement on goods and container stuffing requirement and other related matters.
East Asia Market survey & analysis, customer survey & complaint summary.
Any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor or management.

In order to apply for this position, it will be added advantage if you have below job requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
Candidate with at least 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field will be added advantage.
Candidate must good in Microsoft office and presentation skill.
Good in written and communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Candidate MUST willing to work in Penang Science Park, Penang.
