- Captain Quick Cook Oatmeal 1/4 cup
- All-purpose flour 1/2 cup
- Baking Powder ¼ teaspoon
- Salt 1/8 teaspoon
- Sugar 1/4 teaspoon
- Water 5 tablespoons
- Dry yeast 1/4 teaspoon
Methods
- Use mix bowl to mix 1/2 cup of flour, 1/4 teaspoon of royal baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar, 1/4 cup of oat and 1/4 teaspoon of yeast.
- Use whisk to mix with 5 tablespoons of water.
- Place the dough into a bowl and covered it with moist towel to maintain the temperature at least 35C and let it rise for at least 20 minutes.
- Cut dough into 40g per piece and make round.
- Put on the non-stick tray and steamed for 25 minutes.
Serve immediately.
