Ingredients

  • 100 gram Captain Oats Instant Oatmeal
  • 150 gram Captain Oats Rolled Oats
  • 100 gram chicken thighs
  • 100 gram beef
  • 15 gram sesame
  • 25 gram bread crumbs
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 slice of bread
  • 50 ml vinegar
  • 50 gram lettuce
  • 50 gram peas
  • 50 gram mayonnaise sauce
  • 10 gram cabbage
  • 15 gram cucumber
  • 15 gram butter
  • 5 gram mustard sauce
  • 25 gram tomato
  • Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sliced cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Parchment paper

Methods

  • COOKING
  • Heat the pan and melt butter.
  • Add curry leaves and Captain Oats Instant Oatmeal, roast until the oats are brown.
  • In a different bowl, thoroughly mix mayonnaise , mustard, and roasted Captain Oats Instant Oatmeal.
  • On a different plate, smear chicken thighs and beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Mix Captain Oats Rolled Oats and bread crumbs in a different bowl, mixed well.
  • Put egg in a bowl and add salt, pepper, and sesame. Whisk it all together.
  • Dip chicken thighs and beef to egg mixture, then put to Captain Oats Rolled Oats and bread crumbs mixture. Make sure they are perfectly covered.
  • Heat oil and fry until golden brown.
  • Set aside the chicken and beef till it reaches room temperature, then cut.
  • SANDWICH
  • Put bread on the parchment paper, spread mayonnaise, mustard, and Captain Oats Instant Oatmeal on bread.
  • Add sliced cheese, cucumber, and tomato on top of it.
  • Add chicken thighs and beef.
  • Stack with cabbage and lettuce.
  • Put bread on top of it.
  • Wrap with parchment paper. Then cut into 2 pieces.
