- 100 gram Captain Oats Instant Oatmeal
- 110 gram butter
- 80 gram granulated sugar
- 85 gram sugar palm
- 20 gram honey
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- ¼ tsp salt
- An egg
- 150 gram all purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 100 gram raisins
- 100 gram sukade
- Topping
- Melted white chocolate
- Sukade
Methods
- Cookies
- Heat oven at 180°C.
- Mix butter, granulated sugar, palm sugar, honey, vanilla essence, and salt.
- Add egg, mixed well.
- Add all purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add raisins, sukade, and Captain Oats Instant Oatmeal, mixed well.
- Bake in the oven at 180’C for 12 minutes.
- Chill on a cooling rack at room temperature.
- Topping
- Melt the white chocolate.
- After the white chocolate has melted and the cookies have chilled, dip cookies into the melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle sukade before the melted chocolate hardens.
