Ingredients

  • Captain Instant Oatmeal 1 cup
  • Low fat milk 1 1/2 cup
  • Strawberry 100g
  • Dark grape 100g
  • Honey

Methods

  • Wash and cut the fruits into cubes.
  • Using a medium bowl, add 1 cup of Captain Instant Oatmeal, fruits , 1 cup of low fat milk and 1 teaspoon of honey and stir until well.
  • Cover and chilled.
