- Captain Quick Cook Oatmeal 1 cup
- All-purpose Flour 1 cup
- Salt and pepper
- Egg
- Buttermilk 1/2 cup
- Soft-Shell Crabs x8
- Salt Butter 2 tablespoons
Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup
Methods
- In a mixing bowl, mix oat, salt, pepper, buttermilk until well mixed.
- Dip crab into the mixture.
- Put 2 tablespoons of butter and 4 tablespoons of the oil over moderately high heat.
- Fry the crabs about 3 mins.
Serve done.
